A few things to know
- Redeeming: Message M&G on WhatsApp with your e-gift card to book. The M&G experience and the bouquet are arranged together as one visit.
- Validity: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Available 1st November to 31st December 2026.
- Adding a guest: An extra experience must be booked at the same time, and in the same appointment, as the cardholder.
- Rescheduling: Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled with atleast 24 hours notice.
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
